Innovative chemical dependency treatment has been the hallmark at Starlite for over three decades. The Starlite professional team of physicians, licensed counselors and nurses provides clients with an interdisciplinary team that effectively manages their individualized care. In addition to the skill and experience of the staff, there is also an environment of dedication and caring that is remarkable. Many of our team have experienced the wonder of recovery and know that it is more than just a hope -- it is a reality. Our program philsophy at Starlite Recovery Center is based on the understanding that the disease of addiction affects the entire person: encompassing the body, mind and spirit. Therefore, treatment must address each of these areas to be successful in the recovery of the whole person. The family program is typically scheduled between the 2nd and 3rd week of the stay, and consists of a 3 day weekend (Fri, Sat and Sun). Friday is an education day for family members only (disease concepts, etc.) Saturday and Sunday programming consists of more interactive work between the client and family members (communication exercises, discussions about co-dependency, etc.)
